Online Ticket Sales Policies

Once you complete a purchase, your credit card will be charged for the amount shown, regardless of whether or not the purchased ticket(s) is/are used. All tickets and passes are subject to the restrictions described in the product description and/or pickup instructions.

We do not guarantee weather or other conditions, open terrain, number of operating lifts, or availability of foodservice.

Credit will not be given for any unused Purchases and cannot be used toward any future Purchases.

Tickets are not delivered by mail. Once your purchase is confirmed, we will provide you access to an electronic voucher. You must print the voucher and present it at the ticket office to claim your tickets. The Purchaser whose name appears on the voucher must redeem the ticket(s) in person with a valid photo ID.

Ticket Cancellation Policy

Refunds or credit will be extended for tickets/rentals that can not be redeemed on their assigned date for the following reasons:

Closure mandated by the provincial government or health authorities to curb COVID spread; or

Closure due to adverse weather conditions making use of the facilities unsafe.

All other cancellations or changes to your ticket or rental qualify for credit only and must be made by contacting us at 705-754-2298 or by email. We will process your credit and provide instructions to reserve your new visit date and redeem your credit through our online store.

Season Pass Credit Policy

Updated for the 2021/22 winter season

In the event that our 2021/22 winter season operating days are limited by mandated closures, the following reimbursement criteria for Season Pass Holders will be in effect:

Credit value will be calculated upon the number of visits made by a guest over the full 2021/22 season. Reimbursement will start at 90% for guests with 1 visit, decreasing by 6.6% with each additional visit to a minimum reimbursement of 10% for guests with 12 visits. Guests with more than 12 visits are considered to have realized the full value of their pass based on the comparable daily rate. 

Guests who do not activate their pass will receive a 100% credit towards the 2022/23 season.

Reimbursement will only be calculated once the 2021/22 is officially closed.

Cancellation Policies

Camps/Programs — These programs are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once you fill out your registration form you will be added to our list.  Late November we will be asking for payment for these programs, your spot is not guaranteed until payment has been received.

Any cancellations after payment has been processed will incur a $25 admin fee to process a refund.

Cancellations made less than 1 week prior to start day of camp/program will not be refunded.

Missed lessons will not be made up.

 

Private Lessons —If you cannot attend your lesson, please email snowschool@sirsams.com no later than 8:00am the day of your lesson to let us know, and we will hold your lesson credit minus a $15 admin fee.  If we receive your cancellation after 8:00am or if you are a “no show” for a lesson there will be no opportunity for a make-up or refund. Lessons cancelled prior to 8am on the lesson day can be rescheduled for another day or a credit can be given to you in the form of a Sir Sam’s gift certificate for the value of the lesson(s) minus $15/lesson booked.  If you require a refund onto a credit card, a $25 administration fee will be charged.
