King & Queen of the Hill

The annual crowning of the Kings and Queens of each age group on an exciting dual-Giant Slalom course with two pro bumps. Each racer goes through each course for a combined time.

Fee: $15 per person.

Victoria Fenninger has had a long time relationship with Sir Sam’s and the racing scene in Canada. We welcome Victoria and her expertise and are excited about her upcoming racing programs.

Fenninger Racing requires all of our athletes and coaches to be insured. Registering with Alpine Ontario provides insurance for both our athletes and coaches. All athletes must register as an active competitive member of Alpine Canada. If you are between the ages of 10 and 18 there are discounted options for anyone who wants to train but not attend official Alpine Ontario races. Please inquire for discount codes.

If you are over 18 and planning to train only, or will race in no more than one race weekend the Masters Weekend Pass is a great option. If you are planning to participate in multiple races, the Master’s National Card is your best option.

These fees are paid by credit card online directly to Alpine Ontario. This fee is mandatory and required for anyone who registers for a program. This covers the insurance of each athlete participating in training.

Adult 6 Week Sunday Morning Program

We will focus on building race skills and confidence in a race course. This course will cover starts, carving, stance, balance, body position, tucking and how to find speed in a race course. We will work on improving the level of skiing outside the race course and work to use these new skills inside a course. Even if you have race experience this program will help make you a better, more confident racer.

Sunday mornings 9:30am to 11:30am

Saturday Morning U8 to U14 Juvi Racing — 6 Weeks

We will focus on the fundamentals of ski racing and work to build confidence both in and outside of a race course. First time racers are welcome. We will cover all the basics of how to safely and competently get through a race course. We will also work on improving skills on other varied terrain.

Saturday mornings 9:30am to 11:30am

$395  6 sessions
Drop in rate: $85 – 1 session

Saturday Afternoon Ski & Snowboard Cross Training

We will focus on the fundamentals of ski cross and snowboard cross. First time racers are welcome. We will cover all the basics of how to safely and competently get through a ski/boarder cross race course. We will work on improving skills on varied terrain.

This program is open to both skiers and snowboarders. Instruction will alternate each week: ski one week and snowboard the next week. Participants are welcome to switch disciplines each week or choose to only ski or only snowboard for the duration of the course.

Open to experienced skiers 7 years and older.
Must be able to get on and off the double chair unassisted.

Saturday afternoons 1:30pm to 3:00pm
