We’re thrilled to introduce Rhubarb on the Hill to Sir Sam’s. At home in our newly renovated main floor with a stylish, contemporary feel, it’s a wonderful space to relax in — whether you’re taking a breather from the slopes, or for a delicious casual dining experience.
Working with Chef Kevin McKenna, we’ve refreshed our entire menu, expanding it to include a full range of options for breakfast, lunch, après-ski, and dinner. Your favourites are all still here albeit with a twist, such as the Apres-ski Smash Burger made fresh with local beef, or Rhubarb’s famous poutine kicked up with bacon gravy. For those in search of new favourites, our on-site smoker will be a big hit, or indulge in hearty classics like chili and cheese curds, a double-grilled cheese, or our assorted flatbreads and cheese board.
For those on-the-go, our take-away window will be offering a shortened menu, serving selected items ideal for munching on the move or for when laps pull double-duty as tables.

Lunch served from 11:00am–3:00pm
Après-ski/Dinner served from 4:00pm–8:00pm
Seating is first-come, first-serve.
Reservations available for groups of 10 or more only.
