ONLINE TICKET SALES

Once you complete a purchase, your credit card will be charged for the amount shown, regardless of whether or not the purchased ticket(s) is/are used. All tickets and passes are subject to the restrictions described in the product description and/or pickup instructions.

We do not guarantee weather or other conditions, open terrain, number of operating lifts, or availability of foodservice.

Credit will not be given for any unused Purchases and cannot be used toward any future Purchases.

Tickets are not delivered by mail. Once your purchase is confirmed, we will provide you access to an electronic voucher. You must print the voucher and present it at the ticket office to claim your tickets. The Purchaser whose name appears on the voucher must redeem the ticket(s) in person with a valid photo ID.

cancellation/REFUND POLICY 2022/2023

GENERAL:

If Sir Sam’s is closed due to Covid or weather, all lift tickets, snowshoe passes, rentals, and lesson reservations will be cancelled and payments made in advance will be refunded in full. Refunds may take up to 72hrs to process.

LIFT TICKETS & SNOWSHOE PASSES:

No refunds or credits will be issued

Pre-purchased tickets can be transferred to another day the hill is open
Transfers must be within current season only and are subject to capacity constraints

RENTALS:

No refunds or credits will be issued

Rental items and packages can be transferred to another day the hill is open at the discretion of management
Transfers must be within current season only and are subject to rental inventory constraints

PRIVATE & DISCOVER LESSONS:

Lessons will run as scheduled regardless of weather (unless hill is closed)
Rescheduling private lessons within 48 hrs of the reservation date will incur a $20 fee per lesson
Private lessons cancelled within 48 hrs of the lesson date will incur a $25 fee per lesson
Discover lessons cancelled within 48hrs of the lesson date will be issued as a Sir Sam’s gift card less a $25 administration fee per Discover participant
No-shows or cancellations on the date of a lesson will not be refunded or rescheduled

CAMP PROGRAMS:

Camp rebooking is subject to availability
Cancelling camp enrolment within one week of start date there will be no refund
Cancelling camp enrolment beyond one week of start date will have a $25 fee per enrolment applied with the remaining amount issued as a Sir Sam’s gift card

BOOKS OF EIGHT:

Unused vouchers can be used as followed:
- 2021 – 2022: $10.00 surcharge per ticket (Purple)
- 2020 – 2021: $20.00 surcharge per ticket (Yellow)
- 2019 – 2020: $30.00 surcharge per ticket (Green)

SEASON PASSES:

Cancellations prior to December 1^st, 2022 will be refunded in full less a $50 administration fee
Cancellations due to a valid medical reasons from December 1^st to February 1^st will be issued as a prorated Sir Sam’s gift card less a $50 administration fee
